Features of the radio nozzle
Vehicle recognition via the nozzle, including transmission of the mileage (optional), works completely automatically. Reading of the official driver card during refueling is possible via "tachoX" readers.
We offer you a wireless, simple and robust solution for automatic vehicle recognition, because no external power supply is required due to the integrated battery on the transmitter and receiver unit. The units can be attached to all nozzles without any problems.
Sequence of the automatic vehicle detection by means of radio tap gun
The truck arriving at the gas station is equipped with a so-called tank nozzle with "tag", into which the nozzle is inserted. The range from the tank nozzle to the nozzle is about 40 cm. The "tag" reacts automatically and forwards all information to the "QuickfuelRT" communication interface.
The range between the nozzle and the interface is approx. 10-15 m. The information itself reaches the fuel dispenser via WLAN, radio or data line such as USB, RS485 or clock data. This in turn can now forward all the information for evaluation, which is done via WLAN, Internet, radio or data line such as USB, RS485 or Clock-Data. The following systems are used for evaluation: FMS32, FMS32web, Petrofleet.
