PetroFleet

With Petrofleet, you have a program or server software for managing your facility, keeping track of fueling data, and monitoring the fleet all in one. Thus you have insight into data of vehicles, drivers, invoices and fuel costs at any time.

Due to the very clear presentation and the easy handling of the user interface, you have access from your office via the intranet or conveniently on the road. Be "up-to-date" at any time and from anywhere.

The software is browser-based and equipped with a help system. The user interface therefore automatically adapts to the device used, so that you can easily access all data even when you are on the road.

Data analysis of the fuel dispensers

The software connected to the fuel terminals transmits the data promptly so that you always have an up-to-date status of all data. This also gives you the option of performing a data analysis and evaluating fueling data specifically and individually.

Data analyses that have already been completed can also be called up again at any time. This means that you always have up-to-date comparative data at your fingertips. Thanks to the graphical preparation of the data analyses, you don't have to understand forever long and complicated numerical deserts, but get everything clearly displayed.

In the system, you can also compile evaluation lists yourself and display all the data that is important to you at the touch of a button. This quick analysis allows tank data to be filtered precisely. Automatic forwarding by mail is of course also possible in this case as well as for event messages.

Existing interfaces can be extended as required and connected to other programs for data exchange - both internally and externally. Due to the reliability and stability of the tank data system, monthly tank data of more than 100,000 vehicles can be collected and stored in highly secure data centers. Of course, this is done in compliance with German data protection regulations.
