Supply stand for operating equipment
For a constant control of the filling levels, all supply stands are equipped with a central quantity display. The supply stand serves the control for the electric waste oil extraction, which is located in the stainless steel housing. Optionally, you have here electrical connections with 230 or 400 volts. Standard equipment of the supply stand includes the drip tray with strainer and drain cock as well as the storage console for oil cans, etc. This equipment is available in different versions.

Suspended oil delivery unit
The suspended oil delivery units are just as convenient as the upright supply stands. Depending on the application, one has to choose between the different units here.
All suspended oil delivery units are equipped with an R ¾" gate valve and an R ¾" strainer. In order to guarantee the easiest and most uncomplicated oil supply, the suspended oil delivery units are equipped with a 0.5 meter long oil connection hose. The tank hose is even available in 10 and 12 meter lengths.
The hot-dip galvanized steel construction for ceiling suspension is equipped with a manual flow meter with drip-proof outlet spout for engine or transmission oil. This is available with either a digital or analog display. A drip tray with strainer and drain cock as well as an extraction aid for manual flow meters are also located on the unit.
The suspended oil dispensing units are available in various designs. The number of filling guns can vary and a suspension device for variable height adjustment of the oil management system can also be supplied with your system on request.
Suspended service unit for oil change
With additional equipment to the suspended oil dispensing unit, you have a suitable service unit for an oil change. Here you then also have an electric waste oil suction pump in a stainless steel housing as well as a suction adapter with stopcock and check valve. The control for the automatic waste oil extraction, including variable suspension device you also have here.
This service unit for oil change is also available in different versions, where the number of filling guns differs.
Wall-mounted hose reel
The wall-mounted hose reel mounts directly to the wall in your workshop. This can be especially space-saving if you do not have too much free space. This oil delivery unit also has an R ¾" gate valve and an R ¾" strainer. The dimensions of the oil connection hose (0.5 m) and the length of the tank hose (10 and 12 m) do not differ here from the standing and hanging units.
On the galvanized wall bracket for hose reels, there is also a manual flow meter with drip-proof outlet spout for engine or transmission oil, optionally with digital or analog display.
Since this unit is mounted directly on the wall, a stainless steel spacer must of course be provided, otherwise the wall behind it will quickly become contaminated. A drip tray for dispensing point with strainer and drain cock is then also mounted directly on the wall here. This system is also available in various designs.

If you would like to make work even easier for yourself and your employees, we also have a storage console made of galvanized sheet steel, for storing oil cans, with strainer and drain cock in our portfolio. The installation in the central area of the oil supply (hose reel) is the most effective for this purpose. We generally recommend painting the wall in the area of the oil delivery with an oil-resistant paint, so that dirt can be removed more easily.
Oil Data Management System
Equip your oil dispensing units with oil data management with barcode reader. This allows you to control and monitor simultaneous dispensing at four or six dispensing points. This also ensures reliable identification of the fitters.
Our oil data management system is certified by ASA, T-Systems, Autoline, and Volkswagen and has calibration approval in Germany, Austria & Switzerland.

All oil dispensing units can be used for cars as well as for trucks. This unit here for trucks has a special feature: there is an additional exhaust gas extraction unit. This can be connected to the vehicle and prevents the exhaust gases from escaping into the workshop. A central quantity display, the oil data management system and the optional electrical connections must not be missing here, of course.
